A minimum 3.0 cumulative high school GPA
Demonstrated interest in leadership, advocacy, activism, and/or community engagement
Desire and motivation to advance positive social change on and around campus throughout one’s time at Appalachian State University

Submit an application (Deadline May 31, 2024)
If selected, participate in an interview with PLS program directors and current Scholars
- Interviews will take place in June 2024 (Dates TBD)
- When you fill out your application you will be prompted to select a few interview dates/times that you know will work for you. This will help us a great deal when matching you with our interview team.
